1. General Policy

All purchases made on FAATPRO are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable.

By purchasing any service, software subscription, or online course from our platform, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds shall only be considered under the following condition:

• In case of excess payment made by the customer due to duplicate transactions, technical issues, or accidental overpayment.

No refunds shall be provided for:

• Change of mind
• Lack of usage
• Dissatisfaction after purchase
• Failure to read service/course details before purchase
• Subscription renewal charges
• Partial usage of services

3. Refund Request Timeline

Any refund request must be submitted within seventy-two (72) hours from the date and time of the payment transaction.

Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds shall be processed within forty-eight (48) hours from the date of verification and approval by FAATPRO.

The credited amount may reflect in the customer’s account as per the respective banking/payment gateway timelines.

5. Cancellation Policy

FAATPRO does not allow cancellation of:

• Online courses
• Consultation services
• SaaS software subscriptions
• Digital products or memberships

6. No Physical Product Returns

FAATPRO does not deal in physical products. Therefore, no return or exchange policy is applicable.
